    Hi Brewers

I have just put down a wheat beer with a 60 2 row/40 white wheat grist. Its fermenting now with a neutral ale yeast and has an IBU of 15 from hallertau.

I am going to put some fruit for secondary fermentation, but I'm not sure what to use.

Where I live mango, watermelon, banana, lychee, and pineapple are in season and cheap, what do you reckon would be best?

Also if you can think of anything better to use let me know your experience.

    Cheers all

Watermelon was in a recent BYO issue. Mango would be curious.

Think I'll go for the watermelon, it looks to be the easiest to prepare.
