Fridge time before drinking

    finished drinking last 32 oz bottle of homebrew
    had been fridging for 24 hours then drinking
    any recommendations on fridge time and quality - does it matter?

    I TRY to go 3-4 days. Anyone that gets one of my brews straight from the ferment chamber is informed to do the same. I will chill one quickly at times because I just can't wait though.

    3 days to 3 months.....For me, anything with a lot of roasted flavors benefits from longer chilled aging.
