This is my favorite stout right now, and I'm wondering if anyone has come across or created a clone recipe for it.

Their website lists the ingredients, but I'm still new to brewing and have no idea how to figure out proportions.

    INGREDIENTS
    Organic 2 Row Malted Barley
    Munich Malt
    Black Barley
    Cascade Hops
    Fort George House Yeast

No filters, finings or clarifiers. 8.8% ABV

Heres a best guess basing it off an American stout with IBUs on the lower end and having never tried it myself. At 8.8% its really more of an imperial stout.

I put this together based on reading that Fort George's house yeast is Wyeast 1332 NW Ale. From what I've read, it has 60 IBUs. I dont know if it has any hop flavor/aroma, but I would doubt it with this type of beer, so no late additions in mine.

For 5 gal batch with an OG of 1.095, FG 1.029 and 60 IBUs

    15 lbs 2 row
    3 lbs munich
    1.5 lb Black Malt
    3.5oz cascade for 60
    Wyeast 1332 NW Ale

I based that on a 60 minute boil, but depending on your equipment, you might need a 90 or 120 minute. Adjust your hops accordingly.
