I made a Brewers Best APA. I kegged it and naturally carbed, letting it sit at room temp for a little over two weeks. I then put the keg in the fridge for two days - getting me up to three weeks. I let the pressure off, hooked up the gas and tap, and poured a beer. It was lightly carbed so I thought it just needed more time. I let it sit for three more days on the gas, set at 9#. Now the beer is completely flat.

Any ideas? Should I bump the pressure up a few pounds and let it sit for another couple of weeks?

What's the temp on your fridge? My guess is your pressure is set too low. Most beers need to be at about 12psi or close to it. 9psi would let the beer go flat, but I wouldn't think it would go flat that fast. You might want to check for leaks just in case.
