I have been brewing BIAB and have a recipe I love, it is 70% Marris Otter and 30% Rye with Cascade. Its awesome!

I am moving to a mash tun, but I read that Rye can cause a "stuck sparge" Is this something I should be concerned about?

Yes. Get .5-1 lbs of rice hulls in that mash. Sparge gently and you'll be fine.
