Will be doing my first kegging this weekend, a lager. What is the best/simplest way to set my co2? 30 for a few days? Thanks guys.

Best and simplest: 10-12 psi for two weeks. Drinkable after one.
Fastest: chill beer. set CO2 to 30psi, roll keg back and forth on lap for 100 seconds. Reduce to 10-12 psi, let sit for 24 hours.

Check out the sticky in the kegging forum. depends on how much effort you want to put into it versus how long you want to wait. definitely NOT 30 for a few days though. I like to do 30 for 18-24 hrs purge, then 10 for another week or so. fwiw - it took me ~ 8 kegs before I figured it out.
