My first attempt at harvesting yeast from Bell's seems to have done very well. I have stepped it up twice now and plan on getting a starter ready to brew this weekend. My local store was out of centenial pellets so i ended up getting whole leaf hops. I have never used these before and I am worried ill clog my brew keggle. I have a stainless tea ball that i bought a while back for this purpose, but now i am wondering how im gonna add hops to it after the 60 min addition since it will be boiling hot. Any advice? Do i even need the tea ball? Thanks!

I use hop bags for whole leaf. I think i have 6 or so. Just fill each bag with hops required for each addition. Has worked well for me so far.
