    Wanting to do my first Strong Scottish Ale. I used BCS and did some clicking around through the forums. Looking for some feedback from the pros here at HBT. Thoughts?

    Boil Size: 6.52 gal
    Post Boil Volume: 5.98 gal
    Batch Size (fermenter): 5.00 gal
    Bottling Volume: 4.60 gal
    Estimated OG: 1.077 SG
    Estimated Color: 21.8 SRM
    Estimated IBU: 28.1 IBUs

    fwiw I'd prime with honey also. It'll enhance the honey flavor
