Came home to this after thanksgiving dinner

    Overflowed everywhere, and filled airlock.

Is my sterile environment ruined, batch has only been going two days, is it worth starting over? Hate to wait another two months to find out I got contams.

Or am I good to switch out a clean airlock, wipe the outside and continue my wait.

It wasn't a sterile environment in the first place. Change the airlock, clean up around the carboy and it will be fine. Look into blow tubes for next time to prevent a mess.
