So I brewed a pale ale last night. Chilled the worry too desired temp per instructions (100) which was a little high in my opinion, added water and aerated. Took me a good 2 hrs to get temp down to 76 when I went ahead and pitched my yeast starter I had made 4 days before that looked right. Throughout the night I got the temp down to 70 according to sticker on carboy. It has been about 7 hrs now and no Fermintation activity has started. I'm getting a little worried. Normal? Not good? Any advice appreciated. Thank you.

+1. Also, watch for a krausen as opposed to activity in the airlock. I've pitched big starters that take 24 hours to start, while other times less than 2 hours.
