Fermentation time?

    How long do your lagers usually ferment for???

    Mine go from 2 to 3 weeks primary followed by 2 months lagering in secondary ( which is usually a keg )

    I usually have then in primary for 10-14 days, at 50 degrees. Then, I do a diacetyl rest if needed at about 65 degrees. Then I rack and lager for about 6-8 weeks at 34 degrees.
