I recently brewed a batch of pumpkin quadruple. When I purchased the east it said that it worked well with I fermaid k. I bought some and I'm wondering when to use it if I should at all.

the instructions say to use it after the lag phase (6-12 hours after pitching yeast) and the beginning of the stationary phase (when fermentation is coming to an end)
