    Just a general question:

    What is the one brew/style you've made and remade over and over again, that you just can't get enough of it?

    I know for me it's my "West Coast" IPA, feel free to share stories, recipes etc.

    I wouldn't say I can't get enough of it, but I have yet to perfect a good English Pale ale. My bitters constantly ask for improvement. There's usually one or two on tap no matter what.
