I'm a big fan of the Slacker's Late Hopped IPA. Was thinking of using all Falconer's instead of the Citra/Chinook combo. Any thoughts?

Falconers Flight is a fine hop nothing wrong with using a single hop for your brew. Some ppl will use a more common cheaper hop just for bittering you could do that if you want to use more of the FF for later additions.

I've done an IPA with only falconers before. 4oz late edition. 2oz at flameout and 2oz dry hop. Turned out pretty good.

Falconer's Flight is a blended hop pellet, which means that it's a mix of different hops. It's delicious and completely fine to use in a single hop beer with late whirlpool additions.
