Halfway through our 2nd gallon of sweet bubbly cider and it couldn't have been easier!

Added Pacman yeast to refrigerated cider from local orchard. Kept in original milk jug style bottle and in fridge not really expecting anything, but about a week later noticed it had fermented. Went from about 1.060 to 1.030. Gave it a few more days but never got below 1.030.

    It's sweet, bubbly and yummy!
