So its nearing bottle time. I'm having great success so far and i really don't want to mess it up now. What should i do to make sure everything goes well? Add 3/4 liquified sugar to the 5 gallon batch and bottle... sounds simple. Wait 2 weeks? Maybe 3 if i can hold out that long... After i add the brew to the bottling bucket with the sugar added, do i shake or stirr it together? All pointers greatly appreciated!:rockin:

Rack the beer into the bucket after you add the sugar water. It should swirl as it transfers. You can sanitize a spoon and give it a gentle stir to be sure. No shaking. Watch my video.

Thanks. I'm editing down a full brewing session video which should be done soon and I'm prepping for an aeration experiment. I've been searching for a cheap/free timelapse program for my webcam because I'd really like to document the lag times for each method.

    <<Ensuring Proper Carbonation>>

Daburban, you don't happen to be a Howard Stern listener are you?

This phrase reminds me of the tape they play on the Stern show of Howard's father "ensuring proper modulation."

Sorry for the tangent, just struck me funny.

Alright, i'm off to watch Bobby's videos.
