Earthy brown ale pic infected?

    Any idea what this is? I took a gravity ready and at 1.016 and it needs to be 1.012. Don't quote me on that but I'm just off the fg. Just not sure what it is.

    That's yeast. I call them "yeast clumpies" when the clump together like that.

    Your FG is a guestimate, and being .004 off is nothing at all to be concerned with.
