So I am about one month in to making a RyePA, I transferred and added gelatin to a carboy. Then I realized I needed to dry hop in about a week. What is the best way to dry hop in a carboy? I don't want hops and sediment in the keg, nor do I want it coming out of the taps!

A fine mesh bag sanitized and tied off. Sim miler to a steeping grain bag but smaller.

Drop the pellets in. Cold crash and they will drop. If you put a bag in there good luck getting it out

I second the cold crash. The leaf flakes will settle out, just be careful when you are racking.
