Double dipped taste testing...

    Well... I finally did it. I knew I would eventually. I was racking, and what I usually do is vapor lock the siphon tube for a little sample, drinking it out the end of the tube. Well, this time SWMBO was around and of course this wine is tasty and needed a sample... Bam. Double diped the siphon tube.

    I've never done it before. Kiss it goodbye? Is there anything I can do?

    Dude its fine. I return samples, use my hands to stir, everything.

    I thought for sure I would have to get toasted off of some crude wine in short order.

    On second thought... It is ruined. When ready to bottle just send it to me and I will dispose of it for you! I don't mind, honest!! :)
