DIY electric brew kettle

    Does anyone have a good DIY instructions to convert my 15gallon brew kettle to an electric kettle?

    The kettle is the easy part.Drill hole,5500w hot water heating element and your done.Building the control box is the work.You can go super simple (like me)or get crazy with pump control ETC. Look up PJ's wiring diagrams,find one the fits your needs.
