    I did another QIPA (~18% ABV). I got a Tap-A-Draft system to see if I could get it to carbonate. I added bottling sugar and let it sit for a week. There was no carbonation at that point so I hit it up with a CO2 cartridge and let it sit for another week. It now has great carbonation. I also bottled 4 bottles so I'm going to see what kind of carbonation they have in a few more weeks, but if they don't have good carbonation I will stick to force carbonating for any 15+% ABV beers from now on. I would say the Tap-A-Draft system can get it done. Properly carbonated 18% ABV beer.

    Thoughts on using cane (table) sugar in this recipe rather than corn sugar?
