D1S-VR-220 thermostat

    Hi there peeps, ive just bought a D1S-VR-220 sestos from ebay to use as a way of turning my fermenting fridge off when it hits a certain temperature

    now the instructions to me are as confusing as hell,
    was wondering if anyone had a step by step guide in setting it up so i had my fridge was off when it was at around 16-18c but running to cool down when it went above that mark my brother has wired the unit it up but he cant make head nor tails of the instructions that were sent.
    hopefully ive made some sence
