Got a blueberry ale I want to cold crash in a few days. Problem is my fridge has 2 kegs in already. Would there be any harm in pulling one keg and leaving at room temp for a week than re- chilling so I can throw in my blueberry fermentor?

Depends on the style of beer and what the room temps are. But very generally speaking, nah, not likely to be much harm

Also, consider jumping from that keg into a clean keg if you don't want to stir up a bunch of sediment in your keg and then let it settle again after replacing it in the kegerator.
