hey guys, i would like to make my own chiller, but i am not a plumber, so i dont know the difference between the different types of copper tubing out there. it looks like 3/8in x ~30feet of tubing will work, but will 'general purpose utility grade' tubing be okay for putting in the wort? also, how do you clean it when done chilling?

    thanks HBT!

I just bought regular copper tubing same size as yours but 20 feet instead and it works great. As for cleaning I just spray it of with hot water and scrub it down with a water mixer of star San. I haven't had any off favors.
