I am thinking of making a panel similar to Tiber_Brew's:

If your trying to clone Tiber's you will need a larger box. I highly recommend researching what all you want to install in the panel and then plan for two more sizes up. I just finished my build, and am thankful that I stuck with the bigger box. I found a number of items to either add, or forgot to account for.

 

That's a pretty good size enclosure at a damn good price. It's 2" narrower in width than Tiber's. But if you look at Tiber's build he has a lot of extra room in there.

 

That panel is more than enough for your brewery. It will also work for a more complex system than what you are planning. (No problem & room for expansion.)
