Contamination?

    So I put my pot in an ice bath, including a bag of ice on top of the lid. I then pulled the lid off and stupidly tilted it, allowing about an ounce of melted water from the bag of ice to drip into the wort. I'm hoping I get away lucky.

    Don't worry about it. Beer is forgiving. While we stress about sanitation, it's really harder than you think to screw it up. Brewers have done far worse and still made damn good beer.
