First brew, just bottled. But on the transfer from fermenter to bottling bucket, I dipped the siphon in beer with my hands to get siphon going. Stupid I know now, but worried about contamInation. Hands were clean, what do you guys think?

If your hands were sanitized you should be fine.

Most likely fine. I dropped the bottling wand in the beer and had to fish it out with my hand once and had no problems

Plenty of people have done far worse things to their beer and 99% of the time the beer is fine.

No worries -- beer once it is fermented is pretty resilient. I have done worse - your beer will be ok

It should be fine. It's not like you were sucking on the end of the siphon hose to start it. Not that any of us did that in the beginning before reading up on sanitation or anything...
