I have a beer that I want to enter in a contest. It's a pale ale brewed with clementines. I plan to make a spiced tea to add at bottling containing coriander, clementine zest and ginger. I'm thinking 21A but maybe 20. Any thoughts?

In my opinion, you'd have to decide that after you've bottled and it's all ready. Once you determine what it'll actually taste like, THAT will be the most applicable category to enter it into. No sense it calling it a spiced beer, if the orange flavor is completely overwhelming (for example).
