Collect Krausen Blow Off - drain back to fermenter?

    I'm having a memory lapse! I remember reading about, and seeing pictures of a container with two holes drilled into it: one at the top to which you connect a blow-off tube, and another at the bottom which drains the collected blow-off liquid back into the fermenter.

    I know there is a name associated with this device/procedure, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is called, and thus can't find any information about it. :confused:

    If anyone could help jog my memory, it would be much appreciated! :mug:
