What's your prefered way to brew? I've seen so many great reviews of the Clever Coffee Dripper... any comments there?

The only problem with it, for me, is it's a 1-cupper. I easily drink a pot a day (on my second pot now!).

    Disclaimer: amateur roaster opinions ahead.

I think it really depends a lot on the process that the bean went through prior to roasting as much (if not even more so than) the roasting. I always feel like I get more floral & berry flavors from a dry processed coffee vs. wet hulled.

And you want to keep it Vienna roast or less - you go much past full city / Vienna and you'll get less of the bean and more of the roast flavor.
