    Hey,

Just got my first kegging setup - was setting **** up (didn't really know what I was doing) and turned on my CO2 with the regulator cranked. It made some weird spitting noises and now the gauge reads 12 PSI after removing it from the CO2 tank.

What have I done? Did I ruin the regulator?

Also - what should I read/watch before I touch this gear again?
