Hi, I have a brew kettle(stainless) and an immersion chiller (copper) they are both pretty nasty right now. (Embarrassingly I left them soaking in nasty water for a long time) I'm trying to find a really good cleanser to soak them in. I've been looking at alkaline or PBW and such. None of them say anything about copper. Is there a good soaking cleanser that can be used on copper and stainless? Or just copper? Any help would be appreciated. I'm awaiting a response so I can place a order

PBW is great, hot PBW is even better. It will not damage your copper or stainless.

Yep, PBW is great if you have it. Oxy clean works great too and may be more accessible.
