A co-worker of mine had an idea for a beer that I find interesting enough to possibly pursue. I am new to all grain (only one under my belt and it's only in primary). I was hoping that some of you more experienced guys could possibly steer me in some direction that would be helpful.

I would be interested in doing a basic all grain hefeweizen recipe. For example
    7.5 lbs of Pale Malt
    2.5 lbs of Munich Malt
    .5 lbs. of Caramel 80
    .25 lbs. of Caramel 60

    1.0 Oz of Halletrauer

    Some Rice Hulls

How much extra flavoring (chai tea in this case) would be added, and when?

looking forward to hearing comments, criticisms, whatever.

    Thanks

Seek DFH Sah'tea clones. Besides the base beer being Weizenbock, it's exactly what you're trying to do.
