Carbonation

    I bottle primed my hefeweisen from n.b. used the sugar pills. When I pour the head dissipates almost instantly then continually bubbles without a head forming. Any thoughts.

    Did you wash your glass in the dishwasher?

    Yeah, sounds like it's the rinse aid in the dishwasher or some soap residue from washing the glass. Try rinsing the glass with hot water and cleaning it with just your fingers and the water. Then pour the beer in and see if you have an issue.
