Ok so my beer is slightly carbed in my fermenter secondary. Am I able to bottle it still or am I screwed and have to toss it? Please help. If you need any other questions just ask away.

It happens. It is normal. You definitely don't need to toss it. Unless it's really good, then you can toss it my way.

That is one of the reasons priming calculators require a temp for the calculations. At lower temps, more CO2 dissolves into the beer and therefore less priming sugar would be needed when bottling.

Yep, perfectly normal. There's always some residual CO2 in the beer.
