And maybe best place to buy (online or wal-mart?)

We want to do 10 gallon batches (batch sparging for now).

Is it cheaper to buy a false bottom separate?

I'm using a 10 gallon Igloo now with a braided tube and spigot/tube only.

I've got an Igloo cube that is 15-16 gallons that I use for my mash tun. I use a copper manifold, but I think a braided tube with work just fine. I use it for 5 and 10 gallon batches. The biggest 10 gallon batch I've made in it had an OG of 1.075. Could probably do a little bit bigger if I mashed thicker. I think I bought it from Amazon, with free shipping with Prime.

Square coolers are cheaper and have larger capacity. I built a manifold out of CPVC. Homebrewfinds.com just posted the other day about some deals at Sears.

    THIS ONE

It's 17.5 gallons, less than $40, ships free, and can be easily converted to a mash tun (many videos online). I converted two of them over Christmas break.
