    Hello Everyone!

    quick question.

I have 5 gal carboy with 4 gal of fresh pressed apple cider in it...

Can I top it off with 100% apple juice?

    pros? cons?

Yes, as long as the only preservative is ascorbic acid.

    Cool.
How does this change the taste? Will it still be a decent quality cider when all is said and done?
