So I discovered a leak (by using starssan in a spray bottle) at the point where the stem on my c02 regulator connects to the first gauge. It is a taprite double gauge regulator with a 3rd gauge that measures the bottle. My problem is I can't seem to be able to tighten the stem. I've tried to grip it with a wrench with teeth but it just slips and tears up the finish.

    Any thoughts/suggestions?
