    hey guys..
im going to be doing my liquid yeast for my next batch, and i want to do a starter for the yeast.. from what ive read, i need some wort for the yeast, and ive read that you can use some LME for this purpose. i have a briess LME that i am going to use for the brew, and it comes in a white plasitc container with a twist cap (like peanut-butter or mayo, etc). any way, if i take a little out of the container to use for my starter and put the lid back on, will the remaining LME still be good to go a couple days later in my brew? or will it be bad?

    thanks!

As long as it's sealed up again & in the fridge,it should be ok for a couple days.
