Just curious if anyone has brewed this kit and is it good as is or should I dry hop?

Mine came out great. First brew ever for me. I did dry hop my BB IIPA though... It was also good.... Can't go wrong with some dry hop action in my opinion....

    Which hops should I use? I like IPA's with a citrus aroma/flavor.

Citra or centennial, cascade have all been good citrus dry hop additions for me.

Thanks. I went ahead and used centennial although I really wanted Citra because I love the citrusy note that 3 Floyds Zombie Dust has. Citra and cascade were both sold out.

Should turn out great man. Citra is definitely a hop to play with, when its available.
