Just getting geared up for tomorrows brew day. Starter made, RO water made, HLT filled. Ready to fire up. Brewing UnDead Guy Ale. Got some Hopslam and Nuget Nectar to get me through Brew Day

Thanks, only problem is been dusty since last year, not much brew time, but this is my 3rd batch this year. Its a hybrid setup but works great.

Maintaining temps via the HERMS (HLT)

 

Pre-Boil was est to be 1.068 and I got a 1.065 running at about 88% eff.

 

Pretty good day, was shooting for 1.092, ended up at a 1.090 91.7% eff. I can live with that. We'll see where it's at in 2 weeks
