I've been working on my brew house. It is in one end of a 12 X 25 ft. Amish built barn. I just finished a 2.5 X 6 X 2.6 foot fermentation chamber. For cooling, I'm using a 9000 btu portable air conditioner and a small electric heater controller by a STC-1000.
Before winter, I hope to have propane plumbed up in the building (for heat and also for a hot water heater) and also to get water run to the building.

Very nice! Is that a dorm fridge built in? What's in the shelves to the upper left?

I used the door from a kegerator that had died as the door for the fermentation chamber. The chamber is big enough for six five gallon batches to be brewing ay once. The shelves in the upper left contain part of my organ music collection (I'm an organist).
