boxing wine

I posted in the Apfelwine thread but now some research has me wondering. Has anyone found a solution for "bag in a box" boxed wine for home brew? I've got 3 full batches of apfelwein brewing, and when they're done I'd like to put some in growlers and some in wine boxes.

Any thoughts?

 

I googled "wine bag in a box supplies" and you can find the bags on aliexpress for around $17 for 5. It doesn't look like you get a dispensing box though.

 

We reuse the bags from the box wine when we get it. The spout can be pried out to be cleaned and filled. The bags are doubled walled, and for good reason. After around 3 or so reuses the bags seem to lose some integrity and leak into the space between the bags. We have also had some trouble getting the dispenser plug to re-seat easily causing some drips if we are not paying attention. Overall, we still use them, and enjoy the capacity and ease of pouring only 1 glass.
