So Boulevard is doing this cool promotion for Craft Beer week where you enter a drawing to be able to pick up 5 gallons of wort from the brewery to ferment as you see fit and then bring some back for a contest later this summer. I was lucky enough to be picked. If you win you get to come back and make the brew on their system!

    Congratulations!

You’ve earned yourself five gallons of Boulevard Brewing Company wort. Additional details are below…

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Wort Information:

    12.2 Plato
    12.4 IBU
    12.7 EBC

Malt Bill: 93% pale malt & 7% Munich malt
Hops: Equal portions of Bravo & Magnum

So now I have to figure out what yeast to use.

Can't go wrong with that. Just kegged my Saison-Brett clone, made with dregs from original, yesterday. My funk quota is filled.
