i've recently been checking out beer captured by the szamatulskis, and wondered if anyone has tried DME priming and if they have a preference to corn sugar or DME? would using DME offer more flavor than just sugar?

It depends on what you are after. I prefer using sugar because of the cost and that I like high carbed beers.

I don't think the DME makes much of a difference flavor-wise unless what you are making is really, really light in body.

I have used Muntins Kreamy X before to get a rich fluffy head on a desert style of beer. I didn't use it on the one below but it will look much the same. Kreamy X has a heading agent.

    KREAMY-X : Its a poor man's nitro solution!
