bottled my first batch

    Well I bottled my first batch today....It was a golden ale the fg was 1.016. It was in the primary for 20 days (didn't get my secondary til yesterday).. the beer was a little cloudy will this clear up more in the bottle? Can't wait to try it....:mug:

    Congrats on the packaging of your first brew!

    Yeah, it will clear in the bottle after awhile. Let them sit for 2-3 weeks at room temp to carbonate, and then...

    After about 2-3 weeks at room temp (or when they are all good and carbed), if you can put them all someplace cold, all the yeast and proteins/haze will flocc to the bottom of the bottles and your beer will be crystal clear.

    This usually takes mine about 2-3 weeks in the fridge. BTW, the flavors become more rounded and blended too. Cheers!
