Blank 12-pack boxes?

Has anyone seen these or know where to get them online (or elsewhere for that matter)? I am brewing a few batches to bottle and give away at Christmas, but not having any luck finding blank 12-pack boxes, just 6er's. I can always go the 6 pack route but I would rather do 12 since I am putting together a sampler.

 

As in blank cardboard boxes or wood?

 

I'm just looking for cardboard boxes. I could make the wooden ones, but that will take too much time right now.

 

I think I've seen these at my LHBS, so you may want to try yours.

In a pinch I've also asked at my local liquor store and they were happy to give me a few that were going to head into the recycle bin.
