Bi-cerveza

    Anyone familiar with a bi-cerveza ?
    I had afew when I was down in Bolivia , it was called el inca , it's listed as a Schwartz beer with 3.5abv
    It was very sweet an malty , of course the wife loves it an wants me to make it for her now , so I need help gettin a recipe for this

    I cannot really help, but this sounds very similar to a Brazilian beer that somebody was trying to reproduce not so long ago. Maybe start with a search for 'Brazil malt sweet'.

    I had something similar in Peru. It was very dark and very sweet. My sister-in-law is Peruvian. She said it was considered a healthy drink. They would even give it to kids.

    It was way too sweet for my tastes.

    Yea they were having it for breakfast mixed with a raw egg , kind of a tonic almost.
