I'd like to buy some professional-grade bar equipment, such as a stainless steel Boston shaker, properly-sized mixing glass, strainer, jiggers, that sort of stuff. I've found consumer-grade stuff on sites like Wal-Mart or Bed Bath and Beyond, but I'd like to order from the same suppliers that professional restaurants use. Any suggestions? Who do the pros use?
