I brewed BM's cream of 3 crops recipe and decided to add bentonite to help it clear. It tasted normal until after i added the bentonite and even now a month later i can still taste a earthy dirt flavour in my beer.

I've used bentonite before and the flavour only appeared after i added the bentonite to the beer. I'm just wondering what i should do because the flavour in the keg isn't subsiding. I've tried pouring at high pressure to evacuate any sediment at the bottom. But nothing seems to work. The keg isnt cold it's just at room temp.

Anyways. Sorry for a wall of text. I appreciate any input you guys/gals have. I havent found anything pertaining specifically to what i'm dealing with.

I've never heard of using bentonite, but I can see how it would work. Try cold crashing for a week to settle everything out.
